    Solgar Saw Palmetto is made from powdered saw palmetto berry extract (Serenoa repens) and standardized powdered saw palmetto berry extract. It has anti-inflammatory properties in cases of benign prostatic hypertrophy. These berries contain fatty acids and phytosterols that inhibit the action of dihydrotestosterone, which is responsible for prostate enlargement.
