These Terms of Use are subject to Portuguese law.

General Conditions of the Biopoints Program

1. The Biopoints program includes private clients over the age of 16, as well as companies or institutions that register by providing the required information and subscribing to the newsletter at www.bioself.pt . Please note that this program is for online use only.
2. All purchases made at www.bioself.co.uk are eligible for this program.
3. Bioself Natura will decide at any time which promotions are associated with the program and their respective operating rules.
4. Bioself Natura may send participating customers information regarding the Biopoints program and related offers and benefits, and may also process data resulting from purchases made within its scope, with a view to optimizing its operation.
5. The BioPoints obtained with each purchase will be accumulated in the customer's account to be used in future orders, without the need to exchange them in the immediately following purchase.

6. BioPoints are currently valid for 6 months.

   For example, if you accumulate points on January 1, 2025, those points will be valid until June 30, 2025. Points accumulated in February will be valid until the end of July, and so on.

   Remember to use your points before they expire to get the most out of your balance. Don't let them expire! 🚀

7. The customer can choose to accumulate Biopoints to have the opportunity to take advantage of the additional discounts offered by the current campaign.
8. Bioself Natura reserves the right to cancel the Biopoints program and its balance if clear signs of fraud or misuse are detected.
9. Bioself Natura reserves the right, during the term of this program, to replace or change any conditions or benefits arising from it, without being obliged to notify its customers in advance.
10. These general conditions of the Biopoints program, in their current wording, are in force since January 1, 2025.
