  Yes! Joining Biopoints is completely free, with no membership fees or hidden costs. It's our way of thanking you for your loyalty as a customer.

• How do I earn points?

  Points are accumulated on all purchases made on the bioself website, according to the Biopoints program rules. For every €1 spent, you accumulate 5 points in your account.

• How do I redeem the prizes?

  First of all, please note that coupons are currently only valid on purchases over R$49.99. To redeem and use your Biopoints, follow these steps:

  • Add the items you want to your cart.
  • Click the Biopoints icon in the navigation bar.
  • In the Rewards tab (Gift icon), select the available option.
  • Click Unlock a Reward (you need 750 points to unlock a $5 coupon).
  • In a new window, you click the "Show" button and then the "Unlock" button.
  • Click the copy code icon to automatically apply it at checkout with one click. Alternatively, you can copy the code manually (by selecting the code and pressing Ctrl+C) and paste it into the appropriate field at checkout (Ctrl+V).
  • If you have any difficulty or lose the code, check the email address associated with your account. The code will be sent there automatically.
• Where can I see the Biopoints I have accumulated?

  Tiers are valid for 1 year, starting on the date of registration in the Biopoints program.

  c. How can I accumulate points to change levels?
  Points are accumulated on all purchases made in the Bioself online store. For every €1 spent, you earn 5 points. Once you reach the required points, your level will be automatically updated.

  
  d. How can I know what level I am at?
  You can check your current level by clicking the Biopoints icon in the navigation bar and logging in to your account. The widget will display the number of points you've accumulated and your current VIP level.
