Indicações

  • Descrição

Flaxseed oil is a natural source of essential fatty acids. It contains alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an omega-3 polyunsaturated acid, and linoleic acid (omega-6). The fatty acids most capable of inducing the production of anti-inflammatory prostaglandins are omega-3s, which are converted in the body to EPA and DHA.

The richest sources of these omega-3 fatty acids are fish oils, which are typically used as sources of these nutrients. However, flaxseed oil is twice as rich as fish oil.

Solgar's Flax Seed Oil capsules use certified flaxseed, the oil obtained through cold extraction, avoiding chemical processes that can leave residue. Hexane-free.
