    ERGY 3 is an original blend of EPAX® wild fish oils with certified quality. These oils are rich in omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA), considered essential by ANSES, as humans are unable to synthesize them and must obtain them through their diet.

    Choosing EPAX® fish oil means choosing certified quality:
    - Oils from wild fatty fish, guaranteed antibiotic-free,
    - Respect for marine resources,
    - Native fish oils, raw and not concentrated, which guarantee a global supply of fatty acids: lipid total.

    When is it recommended?
    It is known that a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA supports heart function. An identical intake of DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision.
