    Lipo Sovex Melatonin 1.9 mg 30 Capsules is a dietary supplement based on melatonin encapsulated in liposomes, a new technology that allows for prolonged release and high bioavailability.

    Melatonin , a hormone produced at night by the pineal gland in response to darkness and which is responsible for regulating sleep, has benefits both for sleep, as it helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep, and for jet lag, as it promotes relief from the subjective symptoms of jet lag.

    To reduce the time needed to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained with 1 mg of melatonin. In cases of subjective symptoms of jet lag, take 1 melatonin capsule. The beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum amount of 0.5 mg, before going to bed, on the first day of travel and the following days after arrival at the destination.
