    Arkosono® FLEXI-DOSIS consists of sublingual tablets containing mini-doses of Melatonin and Poppy, offering a solution for sleep problems, customized to each individual's specific needs. The Poppy-based formula, which promotes relaxation and sleep, is enhanced with 0.5mg of Melatonin per tablet. You can adjust the intake to between 1 and 3 tablets, depending on your needs and lifestyle (time differences, difficulty falling asleep, nighttime awakenings). The mini tablets, in addition to being very practical, as they dissolve under the tongue, allow immediate absorption of the active ingredients, promoting rapid action.
