    Inositol belongs to the B complex vitamins and is also called vitamin B8.

    The form present in this dietary supplement is Myo-Inositol, the most abundant form of this nutrient and which plays a fundamental role in several biological processes including, regulation of cell volume, cell signaling, neuronal metabolism, phospholipid production and energy consumption.
