    Kaucaban protects against disease. It's a beverage fermented in magnetized water, which should be added daily to our drinking water. Because it's highly concentrated, a daily dose of 15ml is sufficient.

    It consists of a highly concentrated water kefir* (500ml contains as many beneficial substances as 34 liters of Caucasian kefir). Unlike the original Caucasian kefir, it contains no alcohol. It is also non-acidic (it has a deacidifying effect, regulating acid-base balance).

    Kefir prepared with sweetened kefir grains in a solution of water, cane sugar, lemon slices, and dried fruit. Milk kefir grains are first transferred to a sugar-water medium to produce water kefir.

    Kefir is a fermented milk drink with a refreshing flavor and smooth texture. It is produced by adding kefir grains (a mass of proteins, polysaccharides, fermentative bacteria, acetic acid bacteria, and yeast) to a certain amount of milk.
    During fermentation, peptides and exopolysaccharides are produced that have bioactive properties, i.e., anticarcinogenic, antimutagenic and antifungal.

    Kaukabam has an extraordinary number of beneficial substances:
    - An exceptional amount of dextrorotatory lactic acid (an organic acid);
    - Digestive enzymes;
    - A wealth of vitamins;
    - Minerals and trace elements;
    - Gluconic and glucuronic acids (responsible for neutralizing all substances that are harmful to our body);
    - Kefiran: a water-soluble polysaccharide polymer produced by the symbiotic action of beneficial bacteria (Lactobacillus brevis, cellobiosus, acidophilus, casei, helveticus, delbrueckii, lactis, fructivorans, hilgardii, kefir, kefiranofaciens, kefirgranum, parakefir) and live yeasts (Kluyveromyces lactis, marxianus, bulgaricus, fragilis, Candida kefir, Candida pseudotropicalis, Saccharomyces torulopsis halmii);
    - Pure filtered water.
